This has been happening for a while now, I think more than two months actually, but I havent been getting chests even after getting S ranks. Just recently I got either S or S+ for draven and got my tank 7 mastery but I didn't get a chest? Even in my banner were the 5 chests are located, they all show. I get keys just fine, I already have to fully forged keys, but still, no chest. Is there a way to fix this or is this a bug? Cuz I want to open chests....
One chest per champion per season.
Are you sure you haven't already gotten a chest on that champion? You can only get one chest per champion per entire season.
If you got your tank level 7 Mastery that means you've had multiple S's on it and already received a chest for it. You can only receive a chest once per champion each season.
You can see which champions you already earned one on in your Profile in the Champion page. If they've earned their chest they will have a gold border and will show the chest when you hover it.
