Game Client don't save preferences

Since patch 8.1 hits and whenever a new patch has been launched my client stops saving preferences, like the off-line or mobile groups in the chat or the rune pages that I make and need to re do that every time I launch the client, also I cant configure my emotes always get error EM01 and EM05.

Its really frustrating to repeat runes every time I close the client, we need a fix please
