Daily Play Mission Bug

Really obnoxious trying to level a new account.

Hovering over the bottom of the champion selection offers two seemingly clickable buttons, However:

when you move your cursor to click select or view abilities, the buttons disappear.

There is no way to escape this screen. You cannot leave it without selecting a champion. Restarting the client just brings you right back here. (Edited to add: This also means I cannot switch accounts to play on my main or any other account of mine, either, since the new client doesn't log you out when you close the window!)

Guess I can't play anymore! Thanks Riot! :)

Yup, it happened to a friend. They recorded the video which can be found here: https://imgur.com/a/NuyByc1.

Solution: As for leaving the screen, they found that pressing "Ctrl+Shift+Esc" to open Task Manager can get you past the bugged Daily Play screen. Right after doing so (Ctrl+Shift+Esc), you must sign out (hit the X button on the top-right of the client), and log-in again. It'll bring you back to the Daily Play, but this time it'll work and you can select your champion.

It got me out of that screen, but I wasn't ever able to select a champion.

Odd. Did you close the client when you signed out? It worked for my friend. They signed in and out of the same client like 5x (they never closed the client).
