PLS FIX PURCHASING SUMMONER NAME CHANGE BUG!

I have enough ip for a name change but it's glitch to 13025 not letting me get a name change. I've been farming ip. when i buy a champion it show the exact amount of ip i have, but when I try to get a summoner name change it's red and telling me i only have 13025. I have 14085 ip. before i had 16k ip i bought rammus to see if glitch went away but it didn't. PLS FIX. WOULD LOVE MY NAME CHANGE!
