Help! i cant get chest even tho it shows that i can get

it shows i can get 2 chest right now in the profile screen, and i got S with Twitch, and Xin Zhao, haven't got chest on them before, but after i got S it shows on the champion that season highest is that S i got, but no chest. Help pls
