Game doesn't Load

Game doesn't load so i exit, but instead of giving me the reconnect button i get the skip waiting for stats button? This keeps on happening to me and sometimes even when i restart client it does this to me. How do i fix this?

I have same issues. I get into a game, but the game wan't start, it's black whole time. When i close it, I get 'reconnect' button, after that i load into the game, (probably) I have sound of the game and my teammate pings sounds, but when i try to look on a game it minimize itself immediately, i closed it one more time, and i got 'skip waiting for stats' button after that i can create a game but i cant join a queue. After all of that i restart whole client, I immediately get reconnected, and all procedure starts one more time.

Edit: and I can not watch any replay of the game either.
