I was in champion select, we picked our champs and as we went to switch my client crashed, it refused to let me back in saying to reset client, I reset multiple times but it still wouldn't let me connect. The game got remade I was sitting at 0 points at the bottom of the tier, I check the history it says game remade says we lost 0 points, I check my standing I'm in the lower tier at 75 points? WTF rito, if you can't make a client that doesn't crash at the very least you can make a /remake that works!

You don't receive the benefits of the /remake if you're the one that's AFK. It counts as a loss for you.

It seems like this is working as it's designed to me. You were the leaver in this case (despite it being a game crash, which sucks), and the "leaver" penalty means that the game counts as a loss for you. Since you were at 0 LP, you got demoted.
