[Survey Error/Bug] Box doesn't accept answers for the question.

I completed a 3v3 Intro bot game and received a prompt for a survey. Part of the survey is to input what mobile games you play and what other desktop/laptop games you play. While the Desktop/laptop section allowed me to list the other games I play, the mobile games only allow numeral answers.
