Problem with Key Fragments From Honor

On Login I have gotten a pop up in game letting me know that I had received key fragments from the new honor system. So when I go to check my loot and craft a key they are not loaded in. This is the second time it has happened for a total of 5 key fragments that I have "earned" but never gotten. When I go to check my store it says I have gotten them but they were never put into the loot.
