Can't Move My Character

Hey so i occasionally get a bug maybe 5-10 times a game where my character does an input and nothing else for 2-3 seconds. If i right click a minion, i will continue to auto attack that minion without being able to make any inputs for a few seconds. if i move to a location i can't make any other inputs for a few seconds. I did not change my attack move or anything like that. it occurs basically every game and it's a game breaking bug in my opinion. It happens on multiple different characters.
