Teemo Dark Harvest

Hello there,

For some reason, when playing as Teemo, Dark Harvest doesn't proc from E poison, which is weird because it was working before the new patch. Bug or i missed something in the patch ?

made a bug report on it myself days ago. there was nothing in the patch notes about it and i highly Doubt that they would stealth patch out poison dot rune proccing unless they did it on accident patching a different interaction with poison dot
