[Client] 4k resolution cause windows to be nearly invisible

After a game,when we use to see player's score. My windows is very tiny and I can't resize it. This happen since I've changed my resoltion for 4k. Im using windows 10 whit 150% scale factor on windows. Using LoL 1920x1080 windows for game chosing (client)

Also minimap on 4K is way too small
