Not receiving hex tech chests
IT's been months since i got a hex tech chest. I don't get one when i score s or when teammates do and now i got like 10 useless keys. pls hlp

what honor level are you?
if your honor level is below 2 you cant receive rewards. also are you always playing the same champ? you can only earn one chest per champion per season.
