The pack is being advertised as 80% off (106 RP), but it is still normal price in the store (530 RP). I hope this is a bug, not just the combined price(RP) of the champions divided by the price of the bundle, because that would be some shifty advertising.

No it means the bundle costs 80% off of the combined price of its contents. Not that the bundle itself is on sale on top of that. It's always that price at 80% off.
