Black screen during loading, no reliable fix?

K this is my problem

Every 10-20 games, my game will go to a black screen instead of the regular loading screen before entering a game. There is nothing reliable that fixes this. Tabbing in/out constantly, spamming the retry button on the reconnect popup, ALT+F4 then task manager application + process end, restarting computer, repairing the game via client doesn't fix this reliably.

Sometimes the methods above will fix it, but most of the time it doesn't. It's so annoying. I came back to league after a 2 year hiatus and I'm having fun but this is absurd.. I've never had this problem and it's ruining games; plus I don't want to get banned eventually for AFK leaving for something that isn't even my fault. This game used to run flawlessly.

Looking at google search, this seems to be a problem since 1-2 years ago, can you guys look at this? No one really knows how to fix this. You can edit files with notepad but the problem comes back eventually.
