Game Loading Screen Doesn't Come Up At All

I don't fuckin' know if I'm writing this in the right thread or not but, I got into a ranked game and after everyone picked their champs it counted down to the loading screen. EXCEPT, my loading screen didn't pop up at all for it and now I lost LP for it, Tf happaned.
