In the practice tool I was dicking around a bit with SKT before discovering in the current patch if you wait 1+ seconds between the cooldown prior to the fourth shot of his ultimate, you can fire the 4th shot twice, crit and all. I reproduced it consistently in a bot game, and I think this is pretty game breaking for Jhin, especially at early levels.

Can you get a clip of you reproducing the bug in a bot game or take off the "Refresh Cooldowns" option in practice tool? I want to see if it actually works without having your ult being refreshed after the 4th shot.

That only happens in practice tool with CDs off. The CD on the ult shot gets refreshed before you leave ulti, which can't happen with the normal CDR cap of 45%.
