The Resurgence of 3s Bots

Over the last couple of days, as I am sure many others have noticed, there has been a spike in the number of bots in 3s games. Not only is this against the rules, it's one of the most tilting experiences ever. Has anyone else been experiencing this? The bots usually have very obvious characteristics:

1. Their name consists of randomized letters
2. They do not take any masteries (This can be checked in-game on the TAB scoreboard)
3. They push the same lane almost exclusively with AA, yet retaliate against other champs (Usually they just stand there and use their abilities and then AA until they're killed)
4. Absolutely no communication

Please fix this, Riot.
