Match History Bug

Soo after you finish a game it is supposed to go in your match history, give you your XP, IP, and Champion Mastery Points, but recently a few times it isn't doing any of that, usually when this happens and I notice I will relog and it pops up, but if I don't relog right away and I play another game it just deleted everything I was supposed to get that game.

I went something like 16/8/12 as Wukong and should have reached another mastery level today, but it deleted itself. Is this problem on my end or for multiple people?
