Unable to see Snow Day Ziggs abilities.

This happened throughout the entire game we played, this was just the best instance that showed the bug.

I do not know if this is happening with all of Ziggs skins but I know that this bug happens with Snow Day Ziggs and I have seen it before in the past with Pool Party Ziggs too (no video of that skin however sorry). The bug primarily affects his auto attacks, Q and his e on occasion.
