Bug splat appears everytime i open league of legends.

I am having a bug splat everytime I enter League of Legends. Even if it's not launched or logged in, after ten minutes or so, a window pops up, closing league. So I decided to reinstall it, and as i do it now, while patching it does the same thing. Ten minutes or so pass and I end up having a bug splat again. What should I do?
