Mastery Changes in Champ Select Don't Alter Drop Down [Client]

When I'm in champ select and I use the tool to edit my mastery pages, upon closing out of the mastery page screen, none of my pages in the drop down selection window have taken effect. If I rename a page, it will still show the old name. If I add a page, it won't show it at all.
