darius auto attack bug on the howling abyss

So i was playing a exciting game of ARAM as noticed i could not auto attack anyone. At first i thought my hands were just covered in oil and miss-clicking but after going as far as to stand still next to enemy champions and still not being able to auto-attack unless i used my W. I have other footage of it and even while i built attack speed and AD to show when i could auto-attack it proved futile.

Anyone else having this problem? I am unsure if its just on ARAMs or ARAMs while using dunkmaster

(sorry for the taunt spam in video)
