[Gameplay] Vayne's Attack Range Increases when Condemn is Taken
TL;DR: When Vayne puts the first point in Condemn, her attack range becomes at least 650.
How we tested: Attack moving to max range with the following champs - Varus (575 range), Anivia (600 range), Annie (625 range), Caitlin (650 range). After establishing each champs max range, vayne would attack move on the enemy champion.
The results:

Prior to leveling condemn, Vayne would have to move to attack Varus, the minimum range (and the next highest level beyond her listed range)

**When Vayne puts a point in condemn, she suddenly was able to respond to every single tested enemy champ's auto range without moving. So at this point her range is 650 or greater. **

After casting heal and condemn, Vayne could no longer attack anything except Varus without moving, so she seems to return to 575 at least temporarily, which is still higher than it should be.

The range value did not change within the champion stats window.
Unfortunately, my replay file did not save correctly, so I cannot post any video/screenshots. Hopefully going to get some friends together and record video version that shows the ability to match Cait's range and such, but that'll have to wait till tomorrow.
