Issue with ARAM champ select

Whenever i load into champ select in ARAMs and anybody tries to trade me before i load in it freezes my LoL Client and visually it gets blurry. I am unable to accept trades, change masteries, change runes, unable to do anything short of closing the client and receiving a penalty or playing whatever ive been dealt. This has been happening a lot and for a long time if its an issue that can be fixed id really appreciate it EDIT: Problem seems to be related to disconnecting from pvp.net but is now happening in all game modes. I'm assuming its acting up because of live fixes to the new champ select but as stated before this was happening long before it was announced [slayer-jinx-unamused]
