so basically i just played a bunch of normals and then remaked because of 1 or 2 people being afk but in the end it counted as loss. Also in ranked i lost LP because of remake.. This is plain stupid and needs a fix
What were you doing while waiting to remake the games?
When a game is remade, anyone who is flagged as AFK will receive the penalties, not just the first person who left. There are certain behaviors that will cause you to be flagged as AFK even if you don't physically disconnect from the game, and this will cause you to take the penalties of the remake. This includes but is not limited to standing or running around your base doing nothing while waiting for the remake to happen.

Something important to note is that first blood will only prevent a remake from happening if it happens before someone leaves. So if you have a teammate leave before any kills happen, you don't have to worry about giving first blood and preventing the remake.
