Cannot lock my champion....

The bug is simple, no problem with my internet, chat is working well but for some reason I cannot lock my champion, cannot pick another one.

So that's one game of my promo gone for nothing.. not a that big of a deal but pretty frustrating. Anyone else experienced that issue ?
