Queued for a Ranked Game, Got Black Screen

Today at approximately 10:38pm EST I queued up for a ranked game. I had previously just entered my series to move from S3 to S2. Lost first game, no big deal. I queue up to play game 2 of 3. I hit accept to join the lobby. All 9 other players accepted. The pop up dialog disappears, and it sends me to a blank/black screen. I hear the sounds the indicate I am first pick and need to ban. I hear the rest of the similar noises that indicate it time to ban and then pick. After the second ban went by, I decided to try to disconnect and reconnect to my home network, hoping I could then reconnect and rejoin the lobby. No dice. I ended up dodging, in the systems eyes, counting it as my second loss in my series.

Anyone else ever have this happen?
