Evelynn voice lines missing and distorted voice

Something is wrong, evelynn kill quotes are all gone. And some of her roaming lines are gone. And when I use charm all I hear is a distorted voice like under water and I can’t understand what the voice is saying. I love Evelynn and is the only CHARCTER I really play. Please tell me these are bugs and not intentional. I don’t really see anyone mentioning this but for over half a year her lines have been disappearing one at a time. And like I said now even all the kill quotes are missing. Please fix :(
