LolLauncher not launching game

So I updated my game and although the download was a bit slow it finished as normal but when i clicked on the "LAUNCH" icon it only plays the sound effect and takes about 5 min to display the Terms of use and when I clicked on accept nothing else happened I left the game run for about half an hour after that and still the launcher never did anything.

Try run as admin, then comparability if that doesn't work
