THE CRAZIEST BUG I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED (with pictures)

OK So I'm just chillin, playing Fiora in ranked, then BAM! Game froze completely (this has been reported happening by many people), couldn't even alt-tab of alt-f4. (side note: I was having issues like 7ish games before, so I reinstalled LoL and the game seemed to work fine since then.)

Anyways, I restarted the computer and got back in game ASAP, and THIS HAPPENED WHEN I RECONNECTED: (sorry for poor quality, crappy phone)

P.S. Do I get a loss prevented for these bugs? (lol)

Logs I got for the game (Hextech Repair Tool): https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1Z06c7Oi0LGeNZLR_3lmjM5y1ytOBI-9z?usp=sharing

EDIT: I never was awarded a loss prevented (That's fine, I can climb out of this elo easy) Nobody else in that game experienced anything I reinstalled LoL and made sure my drivers were updated, we'll see if it happens again

This happens usually due to either

  1. Corrupted game files (which is a sign that your hard drive disk is going bad).
  2. Unstable video card, or incorrect drivers.

If you have never had this problem in the past, check to see if your video driver was recently updated. If it did, you may need to revert back to the previous driver. The first is much more likely however as a dying hard disk is never a matter of 'if' but always of 'when'. Every hard drive will eventually die, and occurrences such as this will become more and more frequent as the disk gets more and more un-repairable sectors on it.

If your laptop is new, there's always a chance that the files became corrupted some other way, albeit it's pretty slim for a file to get corrupted outside of a bad disk sector or uncompleted download / unpack by an installer.
