Black Client Logon Screen

Hey,

Been trying to get on all morning but keep facing the same issue. Every time I open the client it goes black, I can only see the % downloaded bar (as I have been reinstalling multiple times) as well as the options, minimize tabs. When I click on the options tab to repair client there is nothing there. If I close the client and reopen it, it stops opening all together. After 3-4 attempts at reopening a Mac notifications pops up which reads something along the lines of 'Not responding'.

Any help would be ideal :)
