Open loot crate BUG

Clicked the unlock button, the animation didn't start, waited for a bit, switched tabs, went back to Loot, had no key and 1 crate missing BUT NO NEW ITEMS.

Same problem here, just happened a couple minutes ago. NA, using the new client, and the problem persisted after restarting the client.
