Jarvan IV Passive Bugged

So I was playing a game as Jarvan IV jungle... I all started normally a good leash on Gromp and then head to blue, and on blue I noticed something, it was not doing the Passive stronger autoattack animation, and when I heade to red and I saw he was going to kill me, I knew something was wrong, Jarvan was not using his passive, neither the animation, this leaded of me not doing anykind of damage and not having any presence when ganking, I dont know if this was something that just happened that game as I normally dont play Jarvan IV, it was just a casual pick, and I didnt play him next game, because, you know, I wanted to win -.- Anyway, fix it. :D
