TFT bug

This happened in my most recent game of TFT on NA, everyone in the game lost their starting champion, and the entire game became glitched where any units we had on the board disappeared and we could not do anything. Then after a while when the pvp started anyone who went to another board lost, then the second PVP part came, a portal came up and nothing happened. Then the game just stayed there.
