Lose control of my character after patching

I'm having issues with my champ just not updating commands for maybe 1.5 to 2 seconds in game. My ping doesn't change and nothing else onscreen lags. This occurs approximately every 30 to 90 seconds(?).

In practice, it usually just ends up as me sitting in lane for moment aa'ing the nearest minion. But it's auto-death if it occurs while engaged with enemy champ.
