[CLIENT] Spectate in client doesn't show ranked games anymore

Spectate in client shows only normal and ARAM games, which are almost useless to spectate (especially ARAM), and doesn't show ranked. I know i can spectate by user in Leagues tab, but it's more preferable to see what plays vs what.

So's ranked, since there's many, many, many other places to see high-MMR SR matches. In contrast, it's rare to see high-MMR play for alternate maps. It would be nice if TT and Dom matches showed up too though.
