[GAMEPLAY] Rek'sai Bug with Presence of Mind

Good day everyone, I was testing the new changes with Presence of Mind rune with several champions, and found out that Rek'sai does not trigger this effect at all, no CD refund. It happened in a normal game and after that I tested it a few times in practice tool and it is bugged. Other mana-less champions do trigger it like Zed or Renekton, so it does not seem a problem with other resources.
