Polymorphs does not work on scuttler yet tool tips has it listed

So no one but lulu can use the cc called polymorphs so why does scuttler have her tool tip say the effectiveness of polymorpsh are doubled on rift scuttler.

i like to ask for this be fix so lulu can have more utility and it does have good trades off becasue if you cc the scuttler you can't buff your move speed or cc someone else
