[CLIENT] Frequent Freeze

Ok so after the most recent patch ive encountered this bug that is highly annoying and majorly game impacting. This bug happens about every minute or two. my client will freeze. in game. in log in screen. in play screen. my client frequently does this. I know its not my computer because it only does it for league. and the client Just started doing it. Its not a long freeze either. it is a two second freeze (on the dot ive watched the clock go from :53 to :55 many times. in game it happens about every minute. out of game i dont know how long between the two freezes. but it might have something to do with not being able to download the patch fully im not sure. my friends dont have it. but when i downloaded the patch update a message popped up saying that it wasnt able to download fully or something like that and then i exited out of the message and the client kept downloading. maybe that has something to do with it. main question is. will i have to re-install league? help as soon as you can. also its happened every game since the patch update. if that helps any.

Ok Actually is since the patch update (and with the new follow up update) it actually infected my whole computer. so its not just league. but now every time i go to watch youtube on my phone or something it decides to freeze every couple of seconds. fun stuff. yay.
