Bug with Fiddlesticks

-The bug is a Gameplay bug. -It's only happened with Fiddlesticks, even pre-rework. Whenever i play him, things i would have to normally click once i have to click twice. This is extremely frustrating, because i can't even ping correctly. Everything, and i mean everything, has to be double clicked (this doesnt include keyboard hotkeys)

To reproduce: I have a Mac, so I suppose that could be why. Pick Fiddlesticks, play. Success rate: 2/? It happened at least two times out of the many i've played him.
