Gamebreaking Rek'sai ult bug

i am unable to reproduce this bug but i will explain the events leading up to the bug and the effects of the bug, me and my friends were playing a game of hide and seek and the bug occurred when taunted during her ult which canceled it . for a short duration after that rek' sai we could not target her at all. after some time after that we could attack her but my friend claimed he couldn't use q while burrowed and when he was unburrowed his q seem to not work as intended, the particles for it would show up but herself didn't move and no dmg was taken also he said he couldn't ult. I'm not sure how this happened but i feel like it could be related to what happened with tahm kench when bard ults him mid ult. he killed himself and that seem to resolve all problems but if this had happened in a normal game it would for sure cost the team with i am going to include the game from my match history so you can take a look. http://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-details/NA1/1919835476/46061530?tab=overview if you need more info i should be around for a little bit and will try my best to help you reproduce it .
