Archlight Vel'Koz Basic att and ability glitches

So was just playing a normal EUW game with archlight vel and suddenly i use W and basic attack right after my W as usual. Then vel'koz body went like crazy shapes. Linking a ''animation'' of the glitch There you go. I did not get a screenshot of the basic attacks. But i hope i get some detication from finding this!
