Champion Select glitch

I was just given a loss in my promos because the champion select did not show it was my turn to pick and forced me to sit there until it kicked me out...

It happened when the enemy team had about .5 seconds left to pick a champion and barely picked on time, then it just sat in limbo and never gave me the opportunity to pick a champion.

Please fix your client, these glitches should not exist in a game of this caliber.. losing promos for no reason is incredibly frustrating.
