[CLIENT] LeagueClient.exe - Entry Point Not Found Error

Tried to patch the game to the new patch. Patch loaded correctly, but never restarted League after the patcher went away. Tried to start League like normal (using "run as admin") and got this error:

"LeagueClient.exe - Entry Point Not Found The procedure entry point K32GetProcessMemoryInfo could not be located int he dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll."

I then installed Hextech Repair Tool but get this error when trying to start it:

"Hextech Repair Tool.exe - Entry Point Not Found The procedure entry point PowerCreateRequest could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll"

I then uninstalled and reinstalled League (using the uninstaller in the game files and redownloading from your site). Still having the same error messages for both LoL and HRT.

Edit: I am not receiving the same error message. I am now receiving this error when i try to run League:

"Error There has been an error. Error running C:\Riot Games\League of Legends/LeagueClient.exe : child killed: uknown signal The application will now exit."

I am running Windows Vista 64-bit. Directx 11.0 installed.
