Zombie Brand Can be Heard by ALL Players No Matter How Close or Far They are in Proximity [GAMEPLAY]

I've been getting complaints from both teammates and enemies that while I'm playing as Zombie Brand , everyone can hear his dialogue and spell sounds, no matter the proximity. It's only when I play him with the Zombie Brand skin. It's happened in at least three games now that both my teammates and enemies were able to hear every time I cast a spell, no matter where they were on the map in relation to me.
