[GAMEPLAY] Players Do Not Appear on Scoreboard And Are Invisible In-Game

I played a team builder game as Ahri and after I loaded in the game only 3 players were on the enemy team were visible on my scoreboard, as seen on the screenshot. Also later in the game I discovered these players (Lulu support and Diana top) were still in the game, but were invisible to me (The rest of my team had normal scoreboards and could see these two), had green colored names when they typed in all chat, and displayed a blue square as their champion icon when killed or destroying a turret. Although they were invisible to me they could still use abilities and kill me. Lastly every time I died I received the same death recap from my first death where I was killed by two of the three players that were visible to me, also in the death recap Veigar and Nautilus's items do not match the items on the scoreboard. I do not believe this was a connection problem due to my constant 53 ping. I encountered the bug in a normal team builder game on September 7th on patch 5.17, and have not played since in fear of the bug happening again.
