[GAME CLIENT] Muting then unmuting Master Volume in-game unmutes all previously muted volumes

In the game options, if you mute the Master Volume and then unmute it, all volume sliders (e.g. Announcer Volume, Voice Volume) will be unmuted. This can be a bit annoying as someone may want to mute the sound temporarily (perhaps spectating a game while talking to someone) and unmute it later, only to find that certain things they had muted before muting the Master Volume are now unmuted as well.

Happens with 100% frequency.
