4.21 Patch keeps making my client crash

So ever since I've updated to 4.21, my client won't even start a game up. two games in a row my game has crashed during loading screen. I've stopped playing and a week or two later (today) im trying to play again and still nothing. I've even tried 2 different connections and nothing. also, nothing on my Computer has changed since then. please help

I have a similar problem where my client will freeze as soon as I'm loaded into the game. Happened three times so far in ranked matches and all I can do is restart my PC and launch League again, usually missing the beginning of the game. Once I restart the client is fine but the first time as soon as I load in it freezes and crashes.
