Game PLAY

So i bought illaoi for the 7800 and it went through. I go to make mastery for her cause i cant wait to try her out. As i go to Team builder it doesn't show her as an option. confused i go back to buy her and it says i own her. yet it did not touch my IP i have. I was confused so i reset the game. As i log back in i see my IP is at 400 something. So i assume the transaction passed. I go back to team builder and it still shows i dont have her. I go to purchase her and it says i dont have her and i dont have enough IP...so the game just took my IP and now i have to do this to play the cool new champ.....can i get my IP back...tired of waiting for this....
